"We have flown Robin Legittino out to come train our team on two occasions and both times have been phenomenal. The first time Robin came our office was at 500 patient visits a week. We were struggling with getting internal referrals, conversions, and staff responsibilities. Because of this we have been stuck at the same volume for several months and collections weren’t where they should have been.
However, after the first time Robin came and trained our team everything improved. Following Robin’s first visit we grew from 500 patient visits a week to over 1100 patient visits a week in just 5 months! Our conversions improved and the amount of internal referrals we began getting nearly tripled. Also, since our entire staff was better trained and everyone knew what they were responsible for it gave me the doctor much more time to spend outside the office working on other things. "My name is Heather Bladel and my husband is Dr. Shawn. In January of 2007 we opened our Maximized Living Health Center. Over the last year and a half we have learned a lot about patients, employees, and running a successful business in general. Our office grew very quickly and at times by leaps and bounds.
